Glass sea urchin

I was given this beautiful sea urchin cast in glass for my birthday. I love how the light shines through it.

I've ventured out for brunch today. Seeing my friend was good. I didn't enjoy the noise and people part of the cafe visit as much. We were both happy to scurry home to the quiet and solitude of our respective homes.

The bonus was seeing another old friend and receiving a hug.

Last night's stretches and exercises reduced my hip and back pain. Both were pretty good for some exercise this morning and half an hour (or so) in the garden this afternoon.

I'll stick with that same routine of stretches and exercises tonight.
