Courgette and Orange Cake

Today’s picture is of a Courgette and Orange gluten free cake, which I made this morning. It looks a little lopsided as the top was sliding due to the heat in the kitchen. I did not have an orange, so used orange essence. I might make it again, with lemon or lime. My husband, who does not like cake, said he enjoyed a piece; I doubt he will have any more.
   
The temperature today was eighteen degrees Celsius at GMT noon.
