High Vis

As the nights draw in quickly now,it's important to be safe and warm. Tonight I had my headlamp jacket and high vis vest on for my walk. I went to Physio this afternoon and she used a very long needle to do some acupuncture on my Hamstring. At one point a very unusual thing happened I felt a massive Electric shock in the back of my ankle and my leg flicked up and felt like it was going to hit me in the back of my head. My back felt immediately so much better and it was not my back being treated
