Mint slices

As part of his schoolwork this week Thomas had to write a recipe. We decided seeing as he was writing it, it was only fair that we made it first!
We made great grandma's mint slices. Nobody can make them like great grandma does, but they weren't bad!
I went for a snooze this afternoon ready for my night shift tonight. Ben, Thomas and Chloe went playing in the garden for a while.
