French lavender for Jeff.
As a bright and cheerful day developed I decided against trying for a Mono Monday low key. The french lavender was calling out to be photographed but as I was busying myself choosing an angle my phone gave a ding to announce a message which sadly informed of the death in the early hours of a friend and photography colleague.
Later in the day drawing consolation from reading journals of some blippers who's images had caught my eye I chanced upon "mambo" and read back through her account of the approaching death of her husband Mr.P. How much it resonated with what the family of my friend had experienced, the sleepless nights, the night sitters, the kindness shown and all carried out through the different times we are experiencing. Thank you "mambo".
This one is for Jeff.
