Spring inspired

Had a lovely long walk with the mini me's. stopped at 3 parks and was in brilliant sunshine the whole time.

Would of blipped a photo of our muddy adventure but Cruz decided he was too busy for photo's

Dinner is salad inspired by the sunshine tonight. It's to go with home made fishcakes as I needed to use up left over boiled pots.

I really don't do salad in winter but as it was so spring like I'm quite looking forward to it.

Hope we have more sun tomorrow.
