My father

Apologies for another photo from the archive but today seemed appropriate as it would have been my dad’s 84th Birthday today . Sadly he died 6 years ago but discovering this photo of him yesterday in his early 20s in my gran’s “ box of treasure” brought back many happy memories. He and my mother were married aged 22 and were 25 when I was born so this is how I remember him as a very young girl. Although having 3 daughters close together must have aged him!!!
