So after a sleepless night I decided the only think I was fit for was the kitchen. Not a bad result on homemade puff pastry, although Incan see why people just buy it frozen -bit of a faff even though it tastes nicer. The Spanish empanada was very nice , although so will adjust the recipe next time as it was a bit too much like English pastry .
So hanging out in garden now listening to birds is a very nice thing .
