Furlough Day 36 19.05.20


Just another day in furlough land and wasn't it a beautiful one!

A couple of hours on the 2nd lesson of my GDPR course, over halfway now, a 1-1 with my Manager who is struggling with printing issues at home and can't wait for us to be back in the office so I can sort her problems out (there's hope yet) :)


Late afternoon sitting in the garden among various weeds and then cooking Saffron Rice and Roast Mediterranean vegetables Risotto.  It was very nice. I've never made saffron rice before though and not sure that I put enough saffron in it.
