Into The Woods, again

Couch to 5K, week 7 run 2 with the kids this morning, another 25 minutes and at a slightly faster pace than on Saturday. 

C's lost motivation to work at home but is at least completing her maths. She's spent most of the day in her own happy world of audio books, whilst J sits at the desk and does school work.

I went to give blood this evening and had to apologies to the bloke taking it for talking so much having only had myself for company for much of the day! It made me grateful to have a job I can go in for, and working with others.
