Hand Ringing

J has a little ring pot in our kitchen, where she keeps the rings she wears when she takes them off temporarily.

Except she washes her hands so many times during the day now that the rings live in their temporary home permanently. It hasn’t been worth her putting them on these last two months.

Day 1 of Week 9 of our lockdown/ shielding experience. It’s such an unusual time, the mundane details are worth recording. It’s also changing how I take photos I think. 57 days on I haven’t yet run out of things to photograph, which interest me at least. Which I find a little surprising.
