Woke up this morning to find that my phone, which is also my alarm, hadn't charged and was flat so the day started in a rush.

I could hear the call of a Red Kite very near and went outside to find one sitting in the Beech tree next to my Cottage, that was very pleasing!

Had an appointment with the chiropractor after work and got pushed, stretched and crunched but now feel fine.

After that enjoyed a BBQ prepared by RF's soon and girlfriend before a very nice evening walk around the block with the boys.
