Tiny Oak Leaves

These leaves are so new, they look like they're old and fall colored.  (Do I sense a recurring theme here?)  They're only about 1.5 inches long and so pretty.   Watching spring and summer slowly emerge in a world where nothing is as it should be reminds me of resilience.
