Day 64

Posting before lunch today.  Many of you may Know my love of reflection and this just screamed at me today
As we were up early we decided to cycle to the Tow path which is roughly a mile away from us. Very disappointed as my watch only registers 15 mins of exercise . It was hard going as the saddle is very hard. So on arriving back home we toddled off to the bike shop in our high street and bought a new gel saddle which will be more comfortable (I hope)
It was a beautiful day and even at 9ish the tow path was fairly busy with cyclists, runners and walkers. We were at laleham and this is a view towards Penton hook lock which we cycled to and then back on the backroads to home covering 10km in the end. Back home and coffee from the Jolly baker and rolls and a mini shop in sainsbury
