Adab

Adab is a sort of voluntary service we do during retreat - looking after the flowers, candles, chairs etc to keep the space clear and welcoming.

It's proving a little more challenging at home as there's more domestic stuff to do in the time off.  This afternoon I took the time to sort out and rearrange the fading flowers and give them fresh water.  Very satisfying.

Then I had a 1:1 session with a new (to me) male teacher in Amsterdam.  Sweet man, powerful session.  Currently skipping out on the Community Meeting, don't think I can face it.  Turgid.
