Spaghetti Junction

Tough going at work, but there is light ahead and we are making progress.

It's good to be doing something productive and hopefully things will continue to improve.

It's just me and No 1 son for tea this evening, so a Tuesday favourite is always pasta. Spaghetti.

I use a measuring 'tool' (I dunno what the item is actually called) that I bought whilst in Sorrento a couple of summers ago.

The holes represent how many people the pasta should accommodate.

Hole 1 for one person and so on.

When the pasta is squeezed through each orifice I'm always convinced that it's nowhere near enough, but these Italians are clever people, it's always spot on!
