Looking up

Feeling a bit more human today.  Still glandy, but got a bit of energy back.  I even made it out to the post box this afternoon - as well as sitting in the garden for lunch again.  Such a beautiful day, and hot, too!  We managed to keep ourselves relatively cool in the flat by keeping various doors and windows open, and having the fan on.
