Seventeen Today!

Eldest grandchild, Anna, can't wait to get out on the road and driving now she's seventeen. Where has all that time gone? I was in the Isle of Wight, where it was cold and wet, with a school trip awaiting news of the birth. When my phone rang, I was not expecting it to be the headmaster of what was to be my next school, asking me to go for interview! It was later back at our hotel that I got the expected call!

Now she's grown up into a beautiful young lady and heading into the world of adulthood. I wonder what awaits her.

Anna will have to wait a bit longer for official driving lessons - social distancing will be a bit difficult in that situation.
