Bingo!

I have never played Bingo in my life, so it stands to reason that my first experience of it should be as a bingo caller......guy.

There's about 20 of my work colleagues who have booked on to do it, so I thought I'd better make an effort and sort my backdrop out and so forth. I don't need much encouragement, so I'll probably dress up too and make an effort!

Did another 10k run today and feeling much better after this one than I had done previously. I did a 5k yesterday which I think has eased my body into it rather than just inflicting a longer run after a few days of inactivity.
