Stupid wind

The poppies are just starting to pop, this one just opened up yesterday! I know poppies don't stick around very long but the dang wind kicked up yesterday. Not only did it wreck havoc on this poppy but all my irises are laying in the dirt. Wind has to be my least favorite element or at least a tie with ice. Hopefully the wind will lay low for the next week or so, I'm selfish enough to want to enjoy the flowers.
