Lemongrass Stock

This smells like absolute heaven to me. Besides the lemongrass, it has onion, fresh cilantro, cilantro seeds, fresh ginger and a bit of salt. The stock goes into my Thai Red Curry that is super scrumptious. I will be making that tomorrow. Much easier to break the two tasks up.

It was only 57 degrees here this morning. I had to dig out a flannel shirt for walking Lolo! It was really fabulous and tomorrow is more of the same. It's been a pretty darned good spring here in Phoenix.
