Went to the site tonight.

Have had the slab dug out so from now on it is all going to be construction and not demolition. We have spent about a year taking this building apart and carrying every piece off by hand pretty much so it is stunning when you pay someone and stuff happens quick.

So I had a moment to reflect at this stage in the game with a bit of wine and the dregs of a pack of tobacco.
