Look to the left
I liked the rain droplets on the water and on this alert duck. This was after a failed attempt to find the grave stone of Roberts Burns daughter the cemetery. The grass was rather wet which put me off going around it more than once. There is the possibility that the inscription has weathered beyond recognition. The oldest, readable, one I spotted was 1795, this I think was a granite stone which clearly wears well. Many of the sandstone ones were barely visible.
