Bee a bit abstract

Today, for a change, I thought I might enter Ingeborg's AbstractThurday challenge.  Normally I don't have the confidence on this one.  However, the week's subject is favourite colour/s and I instantly thought of the rich blues and greens of alkanet, a wildflower that's growing all over the place round here.  So it was down to the Nuns' Stream, as far as I've been today.  Quite grateful for that after yesterday's yomp.

Typically, though, when I looked at what I had on the computer, the one I liked best was this hybrid - an abstract righthand side and a figurative left.  Therefore I guess is doesn't count.  Hey ho!  Still, I'm including anyway.  Many thanks to Ingeborg.

Apart from that, my day has consisted of rather a lot of brain teasers, and unfortunately not the kind you get in magazines.  Imagine the scene - a blipper sitting at a computer with a huge pot of liquorice, peppermint and aniseed tea and a packet of paracetamol.  Grizzly, eh?  Perhaps by tomorrow I'll know if I've won or lost.  Perhaps not.
