Rainbow...

Or at least that's what my son created and is proudly showing off.

I had a good meeting this morning and on the way back to the office, I popped home for lunch, which is a rarity on a weekday.

I got home to find my wife encouraging the artistic side of my son and you can see what a rainbow looks like to a two year of boy!

As aside on the health front, post fast I'm down to 85Kg, and also recorded my lowest blood pressure reading at the doctors. Medication has been refined again, but we are really close now!
