Abstract New Growth (AT256)

Wandering about the railway cutting this afternoon I was stuck by how much new growth there is.  Only to be expected in spring but even so - several of the dodgy ash trees have new shoots including one which looked to be in dire straits when I cut it down last year.  It now has a few shoots from the cut surface and ivy has started to re-grow around the base. 

I had a tootle about in Topaz Studio and liked this abstract look it gave.
The theme for abstract Thursday is favourite colour, normally I would say blue, but when dappled sunlight falls onto spring growth green might just edge it :-)
