Common buzzard

We were woken abruptly this morning by a man delivering three metric tons of bark for the garden! He manoevered it over the hedge and onto the front lawn with a sort of crane. Having got up (early for us) we decided to go for our walk before breakfast. We went over the common and down to the beach and back a different way. As we climbed up to a ridge we saw this buzzard overhead. My camera wasn't really on the right settings but there was no time to worry about that! I managed to get a few tolerable shots of it.
We than spent the rest of the day spreading the bark around all the flower beds which was quite hard on the back :-(
