yippee (i think)

I bit the bullet yesterday and enrolled to my local diet club. I am finding the diet regime very confusing, but I think I have followed it today. You have unlimited supply of whole range of foods, and the naughty foods have 'syn' values. I didn't have any syns yet today, so was pleased to discover this evening that I could have a cornetto from a multipack! I needed something sweet - so this was just right!
