We had a family outing to the cricket nets this evening, now that this is allowed. It was actually my first time doing anything other than French cricket on the beach and I think I did quite well at batting (less so bowling, which I tried once and decided wasn’t for me). Polly excelled in her role as occasional streaker, but we managed to keep her out of the way of the ball.
