More Panoramic Practice

We had a rather tense morning as a lot of the staff at Clarks, where Chris works, had had video meetings with their line manager booked for today. First thing this morning they all had an email telling them that there would be 160 redundancies across the Company today with up to 900 in total in the coming months.

It was a big relief when the outcome of Chris's meeting was that he was asked to take on a new role in a different department. Sadly, some of his immediate colleagues and friends elsewhere in the company lost their jobs altogether.

The rest of the day was spent doing food shopping for the weekend and cycling over to Glastonbury for a distant chat with our friends Tony & Rosie.

It gave me a chance to try out the panorama mode on the phone again on a view I blipped the last time we went that way. Interesting to see the difference.
