They’re not always like this.

I have a good friend who is allergic to cats and dogs; particularly cats. I wonder whether someone who has never had any pets can understand the depth of love we can feel. When we first got a cat, she declared that she would never step into our house again. Of course this has been very sad for me and I often consider that declaration of hers when I feel the overwhelming love I have for these creatures of ours.
