Kept us busy this afternoon.

We spent a fair bit of the afternoon planting out this morning’s plant delivery; owner of a local family business dropped off our order. Nice plants. And a nice guy. COVID-19 has visited their family - not had an easy time.

Watched the First Minister’s Route Map Out Of Coronavirus statement from Holyrood at lunchtime. A detailed and wide ranging summary and Q & A session. And read a fair bit of it this afternoon. Ambitious, and obviously some Qs unanswered. Also separately read the Education statement. Lots on at schools re way ahead, timetabling, options etc. Our younger son was in today and tomorrow; not all can be by zoom. Older son’s fiancé also busy.

Later Family FaceTime - chat re today’s Route Map announcement. We recognise society is gonna need to change.

And then as is a Thursday evening - NHS and Key Worker acknowledgment; good turnout here as aye; and a then late walk.When we got to the top of the street we met a piper, a drummer and several folks with Scottish flags. In full regalia ...and blasting out tunes to those who’d thanked the NHS etc. Nice feel to it.
