I see no tarmac here - no white lines, no suggestion that you are on a public highway and therefore I am of the considered opinion that you are in fact in a private garden tearing up the grass and causing considerable distress to the Daisies - not to mention the Fat Legged Flower Beetle who likes Daisies (see extra)
