Little flowers

A rather hot day today so we only went for local circular walk from home mid afternoon when it had clouded over. There were less people on the beach today probably owing to the breeze blowing. 

We had a nice chat with our eldest son in Switzerland today as it was a bank holiday over there today for Ascension day. Apparently our younger grandson over there who is 17 and has been a vegetarian for a number of years has worked out that he may have to start eating meat again so that he can meet the protein requirement that his body needs.
