At the mailbox

A couple of years ago I planted some lilies by the mailbox so it would be a prettier place for our postal carrier to stop at each day.

The lilies are currently bursting open and definitely brighten these dreich days we’ve been having

I haven’t been sleeping well for days, or should I say nights, now. I’ve been wondering when I was going to crash. Today was it.

We were up early and off to do our grocery shopping before the majority of people were out.

After getting all the groceries put away, I got into my lounge wear and I have just been reading and napping all day.

Despite all the napping, I’m more than ready for my bed. :-)
