FF - In the Pink.....

This tulip is so full blown it reminds me of a Peony and the frilly edges are amazing when seen up close.  The Peonies are no more sadly, due to the winds we've been having recently  -   they were beautiful for a couple of days and then sadly decimated.

The weekend is looming once again but at the moment it doesn't signify much change for us just now;  I hope you'll all have a good one -  whatever you'll be doing.  Many thanks for the kind response to my Heron shot, I'm so pleased you liked him.
