Guerilla peony

Someone has done some "guerrilla gardening" in my housing cooperative's garden. (= planting plants without permission). 
I think it is a Paeonia mascula. 
A very nice move. And I am thinking of devoting myself to guerrilla gardening, more flowers are needed in the garden.
