Crumble...!!

Had a punnet of red plums that weren’t going to ripen this side of next Christmas..!!! They were rock hard so decided I’d try cooking them..boiled them up and skinned them and they softened...had some frozen apple purée added them to that and they made a lovely crumble....!!
