Evening task

Every evening the hose is unwound and the pots get their watering. It is quite a pleasant job as long as it is a warm evening. I have a new hose and reel because last week the old one was leaking at every joint and I was getting soaked. So N went to the newly opened garden centre and bought a whole new outfit. It was a major effort to get the new reel on the wall, but it works beautifully and the new hose doesn’t kink!
We have had no rain for a long time, and there is none in the forecast , so the new hose will get plenty of use.
