Up straight in the sunshine

FRIDAY WFH Day #43

It was blowing a gale all day. At 8:00 am this morning I was straight out into the back garden to dismantle the gazebo before it took off.

The peonies have suffered in the wind and the tall metal planters have blown over, but the plastic mini greenhouses and these red hot pokers have so far managed to survive.

We went for a walk up to the moor this evening and returned home at 9:00 pm to an area-wide power cut.

Now sat in the dark with no wi-fi catching up on blip on the mobile phone.
