A Mary Berry Birthday

Robt arrived home today with another birthday present for me.

It's from Demel in Vienna, a famous cake shop and the lovely box with ribbon contains a Sachertort.

I must admit that until I discovered The Great British Bake Off and Mary Berry I had never heard of one.

I think it's a chocolate cake but I am waiting for cakescakescakes to tell me exactly what I can expect.

Perhaps the cake itself is tomorrow's blip.
