Restaurant in the old Custom House building. Beautifully calm waters over the harbour. HUGE development planned for the area. Of course, there is always opposition to any development. However, it would be stunning - as long as climate change keeps happening because Dunedin is often chilly.

After covid 19 the council spent $40,000 to have spots painted along the main street, George Street. They are to show how close we should be for physical distancing. Very strange use of money. There are many relevant and colourful signs along the street and these are distracting for drivers. As I say, very strange use of council funds.
