The first heifers are out

About time to get some heifers out. Filled the seed drill in the morning, then set all the temporary gates inside and outside the shed. After lunch my brother and the nephews came to help, so we had a good team. Only the ones who were on pasture by us last year got out now, so it was a relatively easy process. Just some wrestling inside the shed, which I happily let my brother do.

Finished sowing oats in the afternoon and had the first coffee out this spring, with mugs and tray fitting to the theme of the day. Now having the first barbecue dinner!
