Visitors

I love watching the birds drinking and splashing about in this birdbath. Archie watches them for a bit and then, channeling his inner wolf, lunges towards the table barking his head off. Idiot dog!!
Big day today! My mum came round!!!
For a socially distant cup of tea in the garden! It was the first time I’ve seen her since March 16th. The day after my birthday. Unbelievable!
It was so lovely to see her.
It felt weird though, I had to keep reminding myself that she hasn’t got the virus and I haven’t got it and we were perfectly safe just chatting in the sunshine.
Normal life is going to take some getting used to!!
