Cold wet and windy...

In need of comfort eating in spite of the treats I had this week I managed to lose a lb! Def a miracle!! It is like a gale blowing outside and in the middle of dinner fire doors closed lift stopped whilst we were trying to figure out what happened the the house alarm went off and of course no one knew how to put it I can tell you there was no Grand Silence in here it was like nuns on the run well at least those of us who could run In the end we had to phone a friend !! He came to our rescue silence reigns and we are nice little nuns walking and not running! Hope you have a Good Sunday tomorrow.
