Gertrude Jekyll goes climbing

Last year I bought a climbing Gertrude Jekyll rose. I have had a shrub GJ for many years. The climber is on our front door wall so we can have the roses' amazing scent on our patio. Climbing Gertie is doing very well And I'm sure we can encourage her to climb high and produce lots of roses.

A quiet day broken only by our cries of horror at the behaviour of those who expect us to obey their rules, but exclude themselves!
