Daft dog

Given the choice between laying in the sun, or laying on his soft duvet, he chooses the sun... Until of course I move the duvet into the rignt position, and then he is happy!

Took him for a nice walk this evening, John usually walks him these days while I am doing bedtime with the girls but it was a lovely change to take him for a long, albeit windy walk. He is getting slow though and I worry he gets some pain in his back legs as he sometimes walks a bit strangely. I dont like seeing him getting older he used to be so energetic and such a handful at times, now he is a calm and steady soul.

The photo in extras is Bea's bed. Her new bedtime routine involves putting every teddy she and Ivy own carefully in a pile on her bed, I then have to negotiate moving a few so she can actually fit in. Only once she is actually asleep can I move them to the end of the bed to give her a sensible space to sleep.
