Visiting

We have pondered long about the importance of the ride. After all, it is still adviced not to travel. Still we decided that our boy is the most important and after all these weeks of Skyping, Zooming, Housepartying and what more, we rented a car to go and celebrate his birthday of last Sunday. The rented car was necessary to have the least risk on infection.

It was great to be together again. We kept our distances and washed our hands frequently. I don't think any of the others has as much chance as me to carry the virus, because Bert has stayed away from people as much as possible and both, the boy and the girl are working from home. But still. The living room is spacious enough and during the walk outside, the wind was blowing so hard that the virus, if present, must have spread very quickly.

After our goodbyes on the same distance, we returned the car to the garage.
Glad that we went.
