Productive day

As you know, we’ve had a mess ever since the tree hit the house the week of Easter. Slowly, we are getting it cleaned up. Main repairs are done, now the cleaning. We made a big dent in that today by power washing the patio, picnic table, front walk and steps, and half of the porch. A big thunderstorm came up and we had to quit. We were filthy and tired but very pleased with ourselves! We treated ourselves to take out: Hubs had a rib eye baked potato loaded, and I had a pulled pork plate. We feel very pleased with ourselves! We won’t get the front flower beds put back in time for company next weekend ( the memorial for Hubs aunt and uncle) but the porch and outdoor areas will be clean and ready for family to have plenty of room to move around.
