"Angel of Peace"

Yeah I know Christmas is passed but I got up this morning onto the Elliptical walker as usual and then went to have breakfast. Janice is in her bed loaded with the cold so it was breakfast in bed for her. Then I went shopping to ASDA and back. Made lunch then I went for my swim then back to see if the patient was in need of anything. She eventually got out of bed at 4.30pm, slept most of the day then it was dinnertime so back into the kitchen. Don't know how these carers and nurses cope with this every day. So there was no time for a blip but Janice got this little angel from one of her Yoga ladies as a Christmas present and it sits on a shelf in the kitchen. It's only 1" high and 1.5 inches long but the detail in it is excellent. Some peace is now what I need.
